Warranty & After-Sales Process

Warranty Period and Coverage:

  • Lighting fixtures are backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty.
  • Accessories are available for replacement throughout the product's lifespan; however, charges may apply.
  • Consumables such as light bulbs are not included in the warranty coverage.

During the warranty period, we offer free replacement of damaged parts, but customers are responsible for shipping costs. The warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling or intentional damage. However, customers can purchase replacement parts at cost, with shipping costs also borne by them.

After-Sales Process:

  1. If your lighting fixture requires after-sales service, kindly email us a detailed description of the issue along with relevant pictures at support@regionlight.com.
  2. We will promptly assess if the reported issue is covered by the warranty.
  3. For warranty-covered cases, we provide accessories free of charge. Customers can pay for accessory shipping or provide a courier account. Replacement parts are shipped within 3-5 working days, with guidance on the process.
  4. For cases not covered by warranty, we will provide a quote for the required accessories. Once confirmed, replacement parts will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Customers can pay the shipping fee directly to us or provide a courier account for shipping.

  • Shipping fees apply for accessories provided under warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • If a customer provides a courier account for shipping, they are responsible for any associated courier charges.
