Shipping Policy

Part 1 - Shipping Locations:

Where do we ship to?

Currently, we ship to the following countries:

  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Oceania: Australia
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Belgium

Part 2. Shipping Cost:

Every order qualifies for free standard shipping, guaranteeing convenient delivery right to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Part 3. Lead Time:

Due to the specialized nature of our lighting products and the need for secure packaging, please allow 3-5 working days for order processing.

  • Order Processing Time: 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping time: 7-15 working days.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Please be aware:
For packages with a maximum diameter exceeding 47 inches (120CM), please anticipate a longer delivery time (at least 25-35 calendar days).

Note Regarding Potential Delays:

While we are dedicated to maintaining our typical lead times, please be aware that certain orders might encounter extended delivery durations due to the current constraints on our warehouses and carriers. We regret any inconvenience this might cause and assure you that we are working diligently to minimize delays. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Services team via email.

Changes to Estimated Delivery Date:

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, causing delays or hindering delivery on the initially estimated date and/or time, we or our delivery partners will promptly notify you of any reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date. Delivery of products is considered complete once the items are delivered to the address you provided. If we are unable to deliver your products within 90 days, we will take the following steps:

a) Notify you of the delay; b) Offer the option to cancel your order; and c) Issue a refund if you choose to cancel.

Logistics Partners: We work with trusted partners such as FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS, and others. 

If a package arrives in the destination country during a legal holiday, delivery will be rescheduled for the next available business day following the holiday.

Part 4 - Order Tracking:

Once your order is packaged, a shippingconfirmation email will be sent, containing delivery details and atracking link. During promotional periods, processing may require additional time. 

Part 5 - Delayed Delivery/Lost Package:

Our parcels are shipped using reliable logistics companies with real-time tracking capabilities. In the event of unforeseen delays or losses, we take immediate action, including:

A. Maintaining regular communication with our customer service team to keep customers informed of any issues.

B. Utilizing real-time tracking to assess delays and explore alternative shipping options to expedite delivery.

Part 6 - Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order enters the processing stage. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you can arrange for a return upon receiving the package. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Part 7 - Taxes and Duties:

Upon the arrival of your package, please be aware that it may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be settled by the recipient. RegionLight is not responsible for these fees, and we recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information. Additionally, recipients are responsible for adhering to local postal regulations regarding restricted items.
